#asktheexpert Hi doctor, My baby is 1 year and he got first teeth in 8th month first he got 2 Down and 2 up next he got 2 up and only 1 in down ...usually they come as pair right...is it ok or should I think about another pair of teeth in down ?

A. Hi yes front teeth are 4 in number, 2 in center and other 2 behind the central teeth on both side. so 1 more teeth will erupt. keep checking for the signs of teething and maintain cleanliness of the objects used by your child.
