it happens because of many reasons like allergy to something like fabric ,or cosmetics or heat , sweating or infection
so please dress your child in Cotton clothes.
keep your child in well vantileted room.
avoid using any cosmetics for now.
just apply thin layer of coconut oil.
keep that area clean and dry.
maintain good hygiene.
