Ma’am There is a need of taking an action or not I do not know because frankly you haven’t mentioned the weight of your child at the birth time so I do not know whether this is an appropriate weight or not but I can only tell if your child has gained about 1 to 1 1/2 kgs in this much time then that is an ideal one
