#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor, it's been 67 day's since my delivery it was a C-section at 37 weeks, can i start doing exercises. What kind of exercises can i do.

A. you can start with daily walking for a few days and then slowly move out for MI body movements and after completing 6 to 7 months you can start with heavy workouts to maintain your health

A. U Should be resting right now see section stitches take a lot of time to heal internally and externally so you cannot practically go ahead with any work out before the time 8 to 9 months of delivery just basic work you can start after 4 to 5 months of your C-section delivery
