#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor. Is it advisable to give an iron supplement to my 7 month old? He is exclusively breastfed. Can I supplement it through his food? Thanks.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. Nope It is not required to give unnecessary iron supplements to the kids don’t involve unnecessary as supplements I would just say that you can give good amount of spinach and beetroot to the child on regular basis for healthy iron content
