#AskTheExpert Hi doctor, i'm the mother of 2mnths baby boy.. I'm not getting sufficient milk for my baby.. even once in a day his tummy will not get full with my Breast milk. He is mostly on formula feed.. By pumping frequently can i increase my milk supply.. i even used lactare tablets 2times in a day for a month and 2bottles of galacto granules powder.. still didnt say any improvement in my milk supply. Plz suggest how to increase my milk supply? And also since delivery there is stop in my bleeding.. in between 5-6days it is getting stopped and again starting after that since 2monthe.. is it common or anything to worry.. plz suggest

So now you have this June with your regular periods are there is no problem with that and also if you are not making sufficient feeding even after trying every thing then I think it’s very difficult but still you can try having about 4 to 5 L of liquid spot including whatever you are having a good amount of lentils and proteins and fibre into your daily diet
