#AskTheExpert Hi doctor, I have a 1month baby, I have full breast pain through put the day and it gets severe on feeding and after feed. my breast looks warm and sometimes after feeds its itchy. is it mastitis?

A. itis due to dryness .Mother feeding should be exclusively till 6 month of ageif possible. If not possible then milk formula should be given with proper dilution . After 6 month can start with top feed along with cow milk .
