#AskTheExpert hi doctor, I am having backoain, ankle pain and hand and wrist pain. I have undergone cesarianbdelivery 40 days ago. please tell me way to get rid of this pain.

A. if you are suffering from back pain and some ankle pain difficult to comment like this without a proper examination so it is advised to consult your doctor once for proper examination and accordingly the doctor will guide you in this matter so consult dr

A. Hello dear parent, this is absolutely normal post pregnancy through c sec. As c section is also a proper operation. So you better take proper rest and sleep.as baby doses off. Take your medicines as prescribed by your gynaecologist. Do not skip even a supplements. Because it is helpful for you as well.
