#asktheexpert hi doctor, does the baby know if her tummy is full and will automatically stop taking in milk or mother need to stop feeding checking her tummy or should should stop after certain minutes like 20 or 30 min .

Hello father the baby knows when they are full , they take feed as per their requirement, also when exclusively breast feeding it is better to feed on demand as the quality and quantity of the breast milk is different each time and is difficult to measure.
