I want milk production tips .. and how do we know baby tummy is full or not?

yes , sure..
mam ,when babies feel their stomach full ,they turn their head from breasts ,they feel relaxed and sleepy ,they show this by opening their hands .
mam , the big sign of this is your child urine output ,if a child is passing urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day,it means that your child is getting enough milk.
