#AskTheExpert hi doctor am still breastfeeding my baby is 4.5month old , am feeling knee pain back pain and weekness , sometimes white discharge as well , could you please tell me the reason

JassiMom of a 3 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. I faced same problem like you now I am fine. I suggest take calcium, iron and vit D and take protein food only. avoid junk food. You 'll feel better. do 1 or 2 month.

If a pregnant woman does not exercise regularly during pregnancy or if the mother faces health-related problems or injuries that prevent her from exercising, the risk of joint pain after delivery is quite high.
