#AskTheExpert hi doctor am 4 month old baby mother. I got decrease breastmilk and I have have used lactare and perinorm as supplement but no use. Baby is not taking formula milk. Kindly help me to increase my breastmilk also any other supplements please

A. hello if lactare tablet is not helping try with galactic granules which can be helpful and also you should have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can also help to increase the milk secretion and also have khus khus too
