#AskTheExpert hi doc , my son is 1year old 2 days we came from banglore to vijayawada, my son got red colour pimples and it is not itching. on hand also 2he got, so could you please suggest what action need to take and why he got this pimple I am using using himalaya soap previously I used seba med soap, and I applied seba med lotion also

A. maintain adequate hydration for the baby by giving plenty of fluids to drink the breakouts can be due to the change in the temperature conditions apply atogla lotion or calamine lotion over the rashes
