better consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and do all routine investigation required And start treatment as advised

The said patches could be because of so many reasons
But normally it's because of malnutrition .
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Don't use RO water as it's demineralized.
use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Give her probiotics , millets and citrus fruits more
