#AskTheExpert Hi Doc, I start my periods with spotting for 4 days and start bleeding later and will be there for 2 days. it started since 6 months. my kid is 3 years old

A. see breastfeeding means irregular cycke sd only. relax. ok best is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get okThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout
