ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. hi, this will help u, To warm breastmilk, you should place it in a container of hot water where it can absorb heat from some of the surrounding liquid. First, heat up the water, that you are going to use, in a small container. Then, place the container of frozen milk in the container to warm up.
