ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no do not give any of the gripe water to babies.It is not good , just give only breast milk.
Only breast milk is sufficient for your baby till first 6 month.
Burp properly after each feed.
avoid any self medication.
