A. for 8 year old kiddo.. Give protein rich diet to your kid, protein is important for your child’s bone growth, muscle development and stimulate body growth. including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein.

A. to increase height you can involve the baby in stretching exercise add cereals proteins whole grains milk and dairy products.. to increase weight add potato sweet potato ragi dalia eggs banana dry fruit as cashew almonds walnut in paste or powdered form ghee butter cheese in moderate amount..
