#AskTheExpert Hi Breastfeeding milk supply is very low so alternatively using formula feed too.Is it healthy for baby r any other alternative for feeding and to increase production of breast milk

A. good morning I would recommend that you should try to Himalaya shatavari it should be consumed along with milk twice a day this will help to make sure that the milk production is sufficient for the child
