#AskTheExpert hi baby is 1yr 11month old. Doctor suggested to do brushing but my baby don't no to spit she will consume it. what to do doctor?

before 3 years of age you should go for fluoride free kids toothpaste (any good brand) in rice grain size amount along with small head soft bristles toothbrush (any good brand) twice daily.. abdove 3 years of age use fluoridated kids toothpaste of any good brand.
