#AskTheExpert Hi.Am suffering with pcod post 1 year of my first baby and I gained too much weight..its been 4 years and my weight is fluctuating always loosing nd gaining..How to manage weight and any way that I get my flat tummy and loose 15 kgs weight pls..

A. Hi mom To loose weight start with the exercise. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to reduce your belly fat and shed extra kilos from your body. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat. Avoid high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Take care
