ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician7 months agoA. Sometimes due to lack if imbalance of electrolytes the headaches occur do drink enough water and for now add little salt in a glass if water and drink it it make nimbu paani with salt and sugar take care

Headache could be due to improper sleep or something it has got no connection with your pregnancy so you can check with your doctor what medicine can you take aurally otherwise you can use BALM that’s actually very convincing and convenient for you to use to reduce down headache and take proper nap
