#AskTheExpert Hi all, My baby girl is 7.5 months old and her weight is 7 kg....She is quite active and healthy, but everyone says she is thin...her paed said she is on 25th percentile and not to worry...As per her Paed advice she is on 3 times solid per day and bm as on demand... Please suggest some foods to increase her weight

A. Hi, Weight is good dear. Generally babies get their weight thrice by 1 year and twice by 6 month of their birth weight. Give baby food like cheese eggs paneer banana apple etc. Give more proteins and calcium rich diet to have good weight gain.
