Some vaccines are not available at govt hospital hence need to be taken from private hospital 
And painless option is not available at govt places 
Give all vaccination on time 
Follow IAP immunization shedulde chart for vaccination  
and
Pneumoccocal vaccine should be given at 6,10, 14 wks and booster at 15 months of age

Pneumoccocal vaccine is a optional vaccine but always better to give.

It give protection against

Repeated tonsills infection, repeat sinus infection, throat infection, pneumonia, ear infection etc

Can go with any brand all are equally good and effective.
