#AskTheExpert hey!!! im mother of 3months old baby girl.. im feeding mother but last 4 days my milk supply is very less..it has been lyk no feed.. i give formula milk to baby... wts the reason nd wt cn i do??

A. it can be because of hormonal changes I would request you to please try to take Himalaya shatavari for a couple of days does try to consume it for around 15 days you should have a long with milk twice a day
