you can take limcee tablet once in a day

you should stay away especially from your child.
it is better to quranitine your self .
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
drink Luke warm water with pinch of turmeric powder and salt in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours
take indirect steam
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
you can take shanshmanivati once in a day.
maintain good hygiene
