#AskTheExpert Hello, This is Tasmia here. After my delivery whenever I sneeze or cough, I drop out some urine. Is it common or is there any solution for this issue? Thank you

A. yes it's common due to pelvic muscle weakness it happens do kegel exercise daily thrice a day

A. yes this happens after delivery u cn visit the doctor and consult abt that.. do some yoga exercise control the sugar and caffine intake... monitor the wt... take care
