DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 28 months old and she is having her lips are always chopped off so give her syrup B plex 5 ml twice a day and apply aloe cream at night time

at the bed time you can use coconut oil on navel put in
keep baby well hydrated..
more of fluids and water intake..
