#AskTheExpert hello sir my daughter is 10 months old. she is awake at night every 1.5 to 2 hrs and I feed her formula milk 60 ml approx , is it ok. I feed her properly still she awake . sometimes she is playing in mild night to early morning. how to fix her sleeping pattern.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom make sure she is not having lot of day time naps , warm water bath and massages are helpful also make sure she is burped well after every feed as if not done that also causes lot discomfort and pain

please once consult with your pediatrician about this matter
please avoid formula feed
please give plenty of breast feeding to your child when you're child is demanding
otherwise I recommend you A2 Desi cow milk
