#AskTheExpert hello sir my boy is 9 years old .he is chewing his teeth all the time I never see his nails grow plz suggest me wt should I do plzzz

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello mom Nail-biting is the most common of the so-called nervous habits, which include thumb-sucking, nose picking, hair twisting or tugging, and teeth grinding.Your child may bite his nails for any number of reasons curiosity, boredom, stress relief, habit habit will not go in a day and specially when your child doesn't even know about it so try to make your child busy always keep the needs a short already you can even apply a Nail Paint on it for few days keep on telling your child that he is not supposed to do it
