#AskTheExpert hello sir my baby weights 2.40 gm in 37 week of gestation and as per last ultrasound Doctor measure growth and weight which is at 35 week level.they have called for in the coming week where she will induce pain for delivery. is it ok

A. If the baby is not in distress and if the Doppler is fine then you can wait until a minimum of 38 completed weeks for the delivery. Most of the doctors don’t take chances with growth restricted babies.Write Your Answer Here

A. as doctor advice,if baby is not taking proper nutrition inside womb then it it must come out and lets grow outside. Baby is not taking proper nutrition from placenta. I am working women. color dopler is fine.
