They need some medical creams upto certain age. They will suggest best soap, moisturiser and rash cream as per the nature of their skin. Do not use calamine kind of lotions for rashes as make skin dry( doctor suggested).

Bhavna AnadkatMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. my baby's skin was also dry and sensitive. Coconut oil helped a lot . Then one of my friend suggested me Johnson's Baby Lotion. By using it, my baby's skin became very soft. It provides moisture up to 24 hours. Its Mild and gentle so perfect for baby's sensitive skin.

Consult your child’s doctor for a personal diagnosis and seek medical advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene routine and follow your doctor’s advice
