#AskTheExpert Hello sir my baby is 3 months old and i breastfeed my baby. Can I have Aloe Vera and Amla juice? And in what quantity it will be beneficial for me to consume them.

Yes you can have it is totally safe to consume it while being a lactating mother. Rather than this you have to maintain a proper diet because baby’s overall growth depends on Mother is diet . Baby should be totally on mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else to 6 months
