Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi okay but please mention your child weight. if your child weighs around 4.5 to 6 kg then no need to worry although to increase your child weight, give healthy diet like Ragi porridge, sheera, rab, etc
