A. dear mum, your baby's current weight and weight gain has been normal. baby should gain at least 500 grams per month. For healthy weight gain, you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. At one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
