A. gym. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutyou can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well

A. good morning at this point you can start engaging yourself a lots of physical activities for example I will recommend you to start by doing yoga if you are up for it you can also start going to the gym
