#AskTheExpert hello sir, massage karne se pahle baby ko feeding karna barabar hai ky.normali ek side feed karne ke bad,furse side se feeding karvat kya?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. You can feed the baby after massage no problem or after giving bath but don’t bath immediately after feeding the baby and be gentle while massaging the baby and use mild skin care baby products

Try as much to breastfeed your baby from both the sides just to ensure your baby feeds well and you too can empty both the sides. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
