Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us this important question please go ahead and feed your baby there are no issues with that just take necessary precautions like wearing a mask and washing your hands regularly also know that the antibodies that your body is producing to fight infection will be transferred to the baby to mother's milk which will also help your baby find the infection and not get infected in the first place
