#AskTheExpert hello sir...i am a mother of 2 yr old boy,he is struggling very much to pass his stool....he is trying very hard,but fails most of the time.plss suggest any diet plan for my little one

A. hello this can be due to constipation problem and make sure to give fluids well and water after every solids is a must and also give baby fruits and fibre rich food in the diet and include fruits especially banana and papaya which can help get relief from the constipation problem
