Hello mom as you have noticed he doing it rapidly then would suggest to initially notice his diet intake - avoid processed and sugary foods c also his physical activity- how active he is for his age and avoid too much of screen time . Also make him involved in some form of physical activity and outdoor games if possible , dance , etc Get his thyroid test done
