#asktheexpert Hello, my is 7 months old started solid but she is taking very less feed so giving her4 meals including snacks is that ok. can I start giving her nuts powder?

A. Namaste Mom, Now as the baby gets used to solids the feed quantity could vary , gradually new foods from varied groups can be included. nuts you can introduce from age of 8 months.
