My daughter is 4.5 years old and she has constent iting at vaginal area and she also feel uncomfortable in wearing underwear/panties.
As she is going to school i have to make her wear panty and shorts. But this problem is becoming serious now as she is not confortable with any panty and she only says "fasta hai"/ itching ho rahi ha.
I will be really greatful if u can help me on this.

We have to rule out two things here.
Is there any pin worm infestation or is she having any allergic reaction to the detergent or is there any remnant of detergent in the panties

choose one size plus inner wear
and prefer Cotton material.
buy this as per your child choice
I mean ,ask your child to select it's design.
it will help to encourage your child to wear it
