#AskTheExpert Hello! My baby is completed 5th month and currently in 6th month. Can we start giving extra meal like cerelac or any liquid food other than mother's milk from now on

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear parent, no, not at this point. extra meal or top food should be introduced only after completion of 6 months which is from beginning of 7th month. until then you should continue to exclusively breastfeed.
