A. please interact more to improve the vocabulary take the help of speech therapist. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok

A. hello most of the kid will be able to speak sentence with two or three word at the age to but can also be delayed in some kids and encourage your child give it more opportunity to speak which will able to speak and any concern you may check with your doctor if speech therapy is needed for the child
