कृपया कुछ दिनों तक आसानी से पचने वाला भोजन जैसे चावल, दाल, खिचड़ी, दही, छाछ, सेब, केला, पोहा, उपमा दें और बच्चे को दूध न दें।
यह भी सलाह दी जाती है कि कोई भी दूध उत्पाद जैसे बाहरी दूध सेरेलैक दूध पाउडर गाय का दूध पशु का दूध न दें। 
आप चॉकलेट और आइसक्रीम नहीं दे सकते. 
आप बाहरी भोजन के साथ-साथ प्रिजर्वेटिव भोजन भी नहीं दे सकते।
कच्चा भोजन और मीठा भोजन देने से बचें
चाय कॉफ़ी से परहेज़ करें.d
यदि आवश्यक हुआ तो आपका डॉक्टर आपके बच्चे के लिए एंटासिड के साथ-साथ पेट का दर्द रोधी दवाएं भी देगा
