#AskTheExpert hello...mera baby premature birth hua tha 1400 g birth weight ab vo 10 month ka hogya h now his weight is 7400g last 2 month se uska weight increase nhi hua h .....plz tell me...mujhe kya krna chayiye ??

Gradually aap usko khane ki quantity increase kar sakte hai , aur saath mein variety bhi , and number of meals bhi , aap usko dry fruits and nuts , sago, uske khane mein ghee add kare , steamed channa and rajma etc de sakte hai , egg yolk agar prefer kare , rice , dals etc
