#asktheexpert hello mam this is shruti wants to know when and how I can start my baby solid. she is at exclusive breast feeding.

A. hi Shruti you should be exclusively breastfeeding the baby till the baby complete 6 months and in the case the bm is not sufficient you can alternatively give infant formula milk any of the stage one using a bpa free bottle like babyhug but do not start with any of the food till the baby complete 6 month
