#asktheexpert Hello mam/sir can you tell about tummy time and time spent for a newborn

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist1 Year agoA. There is a blog on this on the first cry . Take a look. In the beginning it should be not more than 2-3 mins and as the baby is getting more comfortable you can increase the tummy time. Also keep the baby on a pillow so that the baby is not totally face down and instead a bit upright slant position
