A. if you are giving any iron supplements then that is the reason otherwise it is cavity. please visit a dentist . . . . . . . . . . .

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please strt brushing with your fingers and also you can use a silicon based brush too and better to evaluate once with ant dentist in person. take care
