#AskTheExpert hello mam, my milk secretion is low can I take galact powder..if yes, what kind of things should I avoid while consuming it and how much should I consume it in a day ..

A. hi you may use it. but sorry as I can't help you regarding its dosage but instead of it here I can suggest some other tips for this: please offer plenty of feeds because the more your child latches,the more milk is produced massage your breasts with coconut oil. take healthy and well balanced diet. keep your body well hydrated you can take leptadine tablets or shatavary granules with warm milk , twice in a day
